Libro usato con restauri al dorso e copertina con evidenti tracce d'uso, un paio di firme in apertura, interno e legature in buon ordine. Libro ancora importante e di difficile repeeribilità. Spedizione in 24 ore dalla conferma dell'ordine.
In-16° (16,5 x 11,9 cm) pp. 84, (4), copertina editoriale con sovraccoperta illustrata. Qualche normale segno d'uso e del tempo alla sovraccoperta, in particolare piccolissime mancanze alla piegatura tra la parte che copre la copertina anteriore e l'aletta anteriore e alla piegatura che copre la cerniera anteriore. Con tre illustrazioni fotografiche in bianco e nero e una tavola pubblicitaria fuori testo. Ben conservato. Indice: Prefazione. Ma può perdere anche il più forte. E ora cominciamo ad allenarci. Carne e spinacci [sic!] (proteine e minerali). Chi non ha mai tirato dei calci a un pallone? Chi non ha mai provato il «braccio di ferro»? Primo comandamento: lealtà, niente trucchi. Però c'è anche qualche segreto. E in fine un po' di filosofia.
