Laplace, (seconda metà dell'800), in-24, (cm. 11x7), preziosa legatura coeva con piatti in tartaruga: quello anteriore inquadrato da angolari e da cornice curva ottenuti con intarsi in madreperla con, al centro dello specchio, campo intarsiato in ottone (probabilmente predisposto per l'eventuale incisione di iniziali). Fermaglio in ottone intagliato ai piatti. Sguardie in seta moiré. Legatura purtroppo non in condizioni irreprensibili: manca il dorso in tartaruga, consunzioni ai piatti (in maggior misura a quello posteriore), tagli dorati, pp. (4), 316. Con illustrazioni xilografiche nel testo.
