Un tempo potenzialmente infinito e che pure è trascorso senza quasi che ce ne accorgessimo, partita dopo partita, stagione dopo stagione, campionato vinto dopo campionato vinto, fino all'abbraccio di uno Stadium che, dopo Del Piero, si vede costretto a salutare l'ultimo degli eroi che ha contribuito a (ri)costruire tutto sulle macerie di Calciopoli e della Serie B. Un romanzo che continuerà altrove, ma che ha visto le pagine più romantiche e suggestive scritte all'ombra di quella Mole che è stata la sua casa per tanto tempo. E che, in fondo, continuerà a esserlo anche ora che, sullo sfondo, c'è la Tour Eiffel.
