Ed. originale di questa sintesi della Storia Naturale del Buffon dovuta all'autore italiano Ferry de Saint-Constant (1755-1830), incaricato da Napoleone di organizzare la pubblica istruzione a Roma. Screpolature alla pelle del dorso, abrasioni e piccole mancanze ai margini dei piatti, alle cerniere ed alla cuffia inferiore. Al margine inferiore da p. 255 a p. 348 (in forma crescente-decrescente, con apice alle pp. 285-315 ma senza alcuna perdita di testo) mancanze dovute ad un foro di tarlo. Per il resto il libro si presenta ben conservato e fresco.
