Dust jacket not price clipped with tiny nick and slight rubbing to top of spine, and trace of small label removal to rear. 264pp. This is a cookbook to be read not only for the precise step-by-step instructions in menu and recipe presentation, but for the sheer pleasure offered by the authors' introduction to the six main divisions of the book and to their comments preceding the individual recipes.
Book is in excellent condition, the text paper is age-toned, very slight wear to covers. Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. 88 pages with b&w & color photos.
