Estratto dalla "Rivista Marittima", un interessante studio sulle campagne marittime, dall'inizio del regno di Carlo Alberto, aprile 1831, seguendo un elenco "dei Regi Legni da guerra che hanno intrapreso viaggi all'estero nel periodo degli ultimi undici anni cioè dal 1831 al 1842 coll'indicazione del loro itinerario, e degli Stati Maggiori dei medesimi", compreso in un diario firmato dal generale De Viry ed indirizzato al re. Molto interessante e di non facile reperibilità. Parzialmente slegato ma in bello stato di conservazione.
