I fiori sono applicati sui fogli, alcune volte singolarmente a volte a due a due, per un totale di 50 fiori. In ogni tavola i fiori sono legati al foglio con piccole fascette. Sotto il fiore è applicata una fascetta a stampa ottocentesca, con il nome scientifico dello stesso, mentre nell’angolo del foglio,93 una mano coeva della prima metà dell’ottocento, in chiara grafia, ha segnato il luogo dove il fiore o i fiori sono stati raccolti. Fra i fiori raccolti ed essiccati se ne trovano vari assai rari e oggi, protetti: Pedicularis Folissa, Gentiana bavarica, Gentiana acaulis, Senecio Incanus, Flogdea serotina Salisb., Oxytopis montana DC., Phaca astragolina DC, Pyrola unifloa, Geum monatnum L., Hutchinsia alpina R. Gli erbari antichi sono rari da reperirsi per la facilità con la quale le piante essiccate tendono a deteriorarsi, il fatto che l’autore della raccolta ha inserito i fogli entro una custodia appositamente costruita ha reso possibile preservare questo esemplare che si presenta in buone condizioni di conservazione. Molto raro.
