Jurgens Margarine Works the influential company that popularised margarine. The company would go on to form one half of the Margarine Unie a founding member of Unilever. In publisher's original binding. Externally smart with slight bumping and rubbing resulting in minor loss of cloth to spine head tails tips and more noticeably towards the bottom edge of the front board. General marking to both boards including a small red mark to the rear. Internally binding to first two plates delicate otherwise generally firmly bound.
