The Treaty of Utrecht that established the Peace of Utrecht, rather than a single document, comprised a series of individual peace treaties signed in the Dutch city of Utrecht in March and April 1713. In discussione soprattutto l'abbassamento di valore delle varie monete, l'inflazione del tempo. Il Tractatus è rilegato con altre due opere giuridiche del Tesauro: la seconda edizione delle Questionum forensium e la prima edizione delle Questionum Posteriores. Il volume in folio, in piena pelle coeva (dorso a nervi ornato e dorato) si presenta dunque così: Questionum forensium Libri duo... Huic secundae editioni, altera centuria accessit. Un volume in 8° di (28)-806-(12) pagine. Piena pergamena del tempo, difettosa: una piegatura al dorso che coinvolge tutto il volume. Tracce di legacci. Gore chiare. Firma di appartenenza Girard 1652, con qualche nota e sottolineatura seicentesche - TERZA EDIZIONE del Tractatus (Einaudi 1684) - La firma di appartenenza Girard e le note sono probabilmente di Guillaume Girard, scrittore francese morto nel 1663, che fu amico e curatore delle opere di Balzac ed operò nella cerchia del duca di Eperon per il quale scrisse nel 1655 una "Histoire de la vie du Duc d'Eperon". Altra sua opera notevole: "Apologie pour M. de Beaufort contre la cour, la noblesse et le peuple".
