Half inch gage white plastic comb spiral binding has a single fracture midway; the wraps are scuffed stained and discolored; interior clean but age toned which is more even uniform and intentional looking than yellowing; POS on front cover. 284 pages of recipes with contributor's name and often affiliation and location as well. As is often the case with vintage mid-century cookbooks the instructions entail some culinary experience and the ingredients vary from industrial jello canned to farm-to-fork style and international fare from the immigrants.
