Juliette Debrou. .Rudyard Kipling was in Tours France in April 1925. A letter from him to Elsie on April 10 1925 indicates he was in Tours at that time and describes a broken-down car that was repaired. .According to a 1929 letter in the British Parliament's Hansard archives Stanley Baldwin was in Bourges France in September 1929.
