He was taken by the idea of spelling reform (as well as other forms of social change) and published, at his own expense this little quasi-magazine. In addition to topics relating to short-hand, spelling, pronounciation, and punctuation - this little magazine dealt with: Universal Suffrage; Economics; Science (especially Astronomy); Population Control; Land Reform; Voting Rights; and much more.
