Mr Sinclair gives general outlines for fasting but atleast that every person is biologically a little different and result vary from one person to the next. I must add that almost all results are positive and the negative results seems to be from people who did not fast correctly or came off the fast incorrectly. In coming off the fast one must be careful. This book has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it. This work was reproduced from the original artifact and remain as true to the original work. ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Upton Sinclair (1878-1968) was born in Baltimore, an American author who wrote close to one hundred books in many generes. He achieved popularity in the first half of the twentieth century, acquiring particular fame for his classic muckraking novel, The Jungle (1906). To gather information for the novel, Sinclair spent seven weeks undercover working in the meat packing plants of Chicago. These direct experiences exposed the horrific conditions in the U.S. meat packing industry. Sinclair was extremely active in socialist politics throughout his life. His novel “Dragon's Teeth” on the rise of Nazisms won him the Pulitzer Prize. In 1967, a year before his death, Sinclair was invited to the white House by president Lyndon Johnson to witness the singing of the wholesome Meat Act of 1967, which expanded the earlier Meat Inspection Act of 1906. He died in Bound Brook, New Jersy.
