Black coated boards are mostly clean and sharp with a 1/2" streak of a meddium brown paint stain to top of front cover near joint wrapping to top edge of board with just a dot at inner top edge of rear board. Light shelfwear to edges corners a bit bumped. Light rubbing to red spine titling but still nice and bright as is cover titling. Red topstain faded and all textblock edges toned and lightly dust-soiled. Interior age-toned but clean and tight. Previous owner's calligraphed bookplate to top half of front pastedown covering part of Margaret Ayer's red illustrated endpapers.</p> Friendship Press hardcover
