This is a clean attractive copy with a couple of minor flaws only: there is a small darkened area to the green cloth on the rear cover a few tiny lightened areas to the green top outer edge of the pages the binding is tight and square and the contents are fine the jacket has mild tanning at the edge of the white-colored flaps and rear panel and a tiny amount of wear at the tips of the top corners the jacket presents very nicely overall the original price 4.95 is present and a professional removable mylar cover is included also included with this copy is an insert from the publisher announcing the release of this book which includes a photo of the author it is titled "A Salute to Pearl Buck on the publication of her twenty-eighth novel and her thirty-fifth anniversary as a novelist" also a postcard of the Pearl Buck House in Bucks County PA and two other related inserts; Signed by Author .
