About the Book:-There can be no doubt but that much of the waste which occurs throughout the land is due to ignorance of the great laws of life and health; and if people were only taught how to reduce their food-supply scientifically and not to expend so much money on their bodies, and especially on their food there would be but a small amount of suffering compared with that which has existed in the past. Teach the public how to preserve the body in a state of health, upon a small amount of money and we shall have solved one of the greatest economic factors confronting us today. The internal personality of the man is what we should aim to reach first of all; and this can be reached most easily and effectually by means of the body for in that he is most wrapped; with its feelings and emotions he is most closely connected. Reform the inner man and particularly his body, and trust to man to reform his environment. Make men and women what they ought to be, and they will soon reform their external comditions. About the Author:- Hereward Carrington (1880 –1958) was a well-known British-born American investigator of psychic phenomena and author. His subjects included several of the most high-profile cases of apparent psychic ability of his times, and he wrote over 100 books on subjects including the paranormal and psychical research, conjuring and stage magic, and alternative medicine. Carrington promoted fruitarianism and held pseudoscientific views about dieting. Carrington became a member of the American Society for Psychical Research in 1907 and worked as an assistant to James Hyslop until 1908, during which time he established his reputation as an ASPR investigator. However his connection with the ASPR ceased due to lack of funds. Carrington was the primary consultant and contributor of story ideas for The Mysteries of Myra, a 15-episode silent film series released in 1916 (photo to the right), which introduced "realistic" supernatural concepts such as automatic writing and astral projection to the screen. Carrington published more than 100 books and pamphlets. The Title 'THE NATURAL FOOD OF MAN written/authored/edited by HEREWARD CARRINGTON', published in the year 2022.
