Broschüre war mittig gefaltet, Faltlinie sichtbar. Insgesamt guter Zustand. Die Broschüre von etwa 1937/1938 warb für den Kurort Millstatt am See in Kärnten und insbesondere für die Autorundfahrten des regionalen Unternehmens Burgstaller. Angeboten wurden Rundfahrten in die Dolomiten oder bis nach Venedig. Österreich war zu dieser Zeit noch nicht Teil des Deutschen Reichs, die Preise in der Broschüre sind sämtlich in Schilling angegeben. Der Deckel zeigt als mehrfarbige Illustration (Signatur in Form eines grafischen Symbols) eine Ansicht von oben auf Millstatt, den See und die umgebenden Gebirgszüge. Im Vordergrund der ganzseitigen Illustration befinden sich die Reisegäste der Rundfahrten, die aus dem Auto heraus auf die Landschaft blicken. Die Broschüre (7 bedruckte Seiten) enthält Informationen zu Rundfahrten, Hotels und Konditionen, zudem zeitgenössische Werbung aus der Region. Die Broschüre wurde vom Steyrermühl-Verlag Wien hergestellt, welcher dann erst nach 1938 unter Kontrolle des NSDAP-Zentralverlags Franz Eher geraten war. - Die Broschüre enthält als Beigabe den Prospekt "Kärnten - Der Millstättersee" von 1939, in welchem die Region bereits als "Deutscher Süden" bezeichnet wird. Dieser Prospekt (insgesamt 18 S.) enthält viele fotografische Abbildungen und Informationen zu Kurort, Unterkünften und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
