Museum guide is in excellent condition. Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. Very impressive example of one man's elaborate expression of the art nouveau style in his home, expressed in every aspect of the building: the trim, panels, walls, railings, floors, mantles, chandeliers, balconies, doors, coves, ceilings, built-in furniture, etc. etc. Quite amazing.
