[MEDICINA -RARO ] (cm.33,5) ottima piena pergamena originale, nervi e titolo in oro al dorso. -cc.6nn., pp.188, 16, 512, cc.16nn., frontis rosso e nero, eleganti fregi e capilettera xilografici. L'autore (1589-1655) medico Francese fu il primo a introdurre il metodo spagirico di Paracelso nell'Università di Montpellier. Celebre opera apparsa nel 1663 che ebbe molto successo e varie ristampe. Questa è la prima edizione italiana veramente rarissima. manca a WELLCOME, WALLER, GARRISON-MORTON, CHOIX, KRIVATSY, BM.STC.ITALIAN e a molta altra bibliografia consultata, compreso il CAT. "ars medica" 46-65-69 di Rappaport. vecchi restauri al frontis e in fine che non toccano il testo, qualche difetto e carta un pò brunita. peraltro ottimo esemplare.
