Ransom PRIVATE PRESSES AND THEIR BOOKS p.258 #1. I do not know what press was used to produce this book. Printed in Munder Venezian type on Kelmscott hand made paper with watermark hammer and anvil. John Browere dreamed of a national sculpture gallery and he had a secret process to make life masks of notable Americans including John Adams and James Madison and was accused of nearly smothering Thomas Jefferson in the clayey mask.
