In 32° (cm. 11,5x7,5), pp. (4), 378 + ANTIPORTA incisa in acciaio riproducente la Madonna dei candelieri di Raffaello + unaTAVOLA fuori testo con l'effigie di Sainte Cécile. Superba LEGATURA di gran lusso in pelle color nocciola finemente zigrinata e granulosa,4 nervi prlugati da ornamenti a secco sui piatti, piatti inquadrati da cornice di filetti a secco, titolo oro al dorso, dentelle oro all'interno dei piatti, tagli riccamente dorati e lucenti, sguardie in candida seta cangiante e zigrinata. Nastrino segnalibro, ma staccato. Accuratissima veste tipografica su due colonne (in latino con francese a fronte, nitidissimi e minuscoli caratteri, iniziali grandi e ornate, carta di pregio. Jules DIDOT, della dinastia di prestigiosi fonditori e tipografi, attivi dal primo '700, boulevard d'Enfer (impresso in calce all'ultima pagina). Stranamente, al verso dell'occhiello: "Imprimé chez Bonaventure et Duchessois, 55 , quai des Augustins. Deduciamo che comunque i caratteri tipografici sono quelli dell Fonderie Didot.
