This publication accompanies a group exhibition organised by the National Museum of Contemporary Art Seoul held from December 2014 to March 2015 showcasing more than forty works of video art and media installations to tell a narrative of the development of new media art in Korea.<br /> Starting from works made by pioneering new media artist Nam June Paik the exhibition traces a history of how Korean artists have made use of new media art and new technology to project their imaginaries of future by various visual means.
