Printed from the edition that was corrected by Charles Dickens from 1867 to 1868 and were carefully reprinted for these volumes. All 34 volumes are bound in quarter leather the spines have 5 raised band with gold gilt detailing. All 34 volumes have slight wear along the edges but remain in good overall condition. . The pages of Volume 8 are lightly wavy but the pages remain accessible and the text is not affected. Volume 23 and 30 have a few pages with small closed tears the text is not affected. Volume 21 has pages that are a little torn. There are no ink inscriptions or annotations in any of the Volumes. the binding is lovely and strong.
