Near fine in dust jacket in very good condition. Osgood published the first US edition in 1873 in two versions -- unillustrated and illustrated. Osgood then sold the plates and the unbound remainder of the sheets of the illustrated edition to Porter & Coates which then republished the book in December 1876.
