The original wraps, printed in black and light turquoise, show a winged devil, a Conan-like Adam, and a suggestively naked Eve. The artwork was by Alva Rogers. The whole is in better than very good condition. Includes, in addition to the title tale: The Man with the Hourglass by Lloyd Eshbach; Celephais by H.P. Lovecraft; Mars colonizes by M.J. Breuer; The Golden Bough by D.H. Keller. Robert Ervin Howard (1906-1936) is best known for his stories of Conan the Barbarian. The publisher/editor, William L. Crawford (1911-1984) is famous for his early fantasy publications. CASE 3
