Media collects trivia from society and large and sends it back to masses in structure forms of news. Since society consists of different communities new impacts people differently. More often than not it doesn’t. People need some identification to relate to news. Media tries to present it in such a manner that it engages people. It goes overboard also in the process. News is a highly perishable item. There media tries to restructure and reprocess to keep people’s interest alive. Media is supposed to be a watchdog of society and intervenes in all possible manner but without being its adversary. It forces the society to divide itself in stereotypes. He set up NICNET, the first nationwide computer network in India and a PSU: NIC Services Inc.Under his guidance computer centre were set up in every Ministry/Department of the Central Government, State/UT Governments, and over 500 District Administrations. Under his sustained initiative NIC developed over 6,000 databases and associated software packages including several Nagar Palika and Rural databases as well as Urban and Rural Planning software. Nella biografia politica e culturale di Marc-Antoine Jullien de Paris (1775-1848) è possibile cogliere non solo un momento importante della storia francese ma anche la lunga fedeltà agli ideali del 1789 che rimarrà inalterata fino alla metà del secolo xIX. LC'accesso, solo oggi possibile agli studiosi occidentali, ai numerosissimi manoscritti conservati presso l'ex Istituto per il Marxismo-Leninismo di Mosca, di cui questo volume si avvale, ha reso possibile apprezzare per la prima volta nell'azione e nel pensiero di Jullien la distanza tra la testimonianza pubblica destinata alla società civile e quella privata, semiprivata, indirizzata a coteries ristrette, a gruppi di pressione latomici o tale da costruire un dossier riservato per controbattere un possibile castello accusatorio. Si delinea, cosi, nella filigrana dell'esperienza di Jullien, un diverso modo di intendere la Rivoluzione francese. Questo evento appare infatti non come meccanismo lineare, ma come fenomeno opaco, contraddittorio, in ogni caso essenziale indocile a troppo facili schematismi, dove la messa in rilievo della complessità della politica, per la prima volta completamente dispiegatasi nella Francia in rivoluzione, può farci cogliere per intero il difficile senso di quella continuità, segnata da fratture, passi indietro, involuzioni vere e proprie tra l'esperienza politica più radicale del biennio 1793-1794 e l'approdo verso una forma di impegno politico che non si sclerotizzerà mai in una mera scelta ideologica e che sarà sempre capace di collegarsi organicamente con il movimento democratico ottocentesco.
