This popular work by Pietist writer Carl Heinrich von Bogatzky was owned by most Lutheran and Mennonite families in the 18th and 19th centuries. In Very Good- Condition: 1.5x3-cm. section of leather lacking at tail of spine; smaller section lacking from spine at upper back joint; slight loss at head of spine; leather overall is lightly rubbed; occasional light foxing; otherwise clean and tight.
