Textured light-blue twice-stapled card covers. Black-and-white photograph frontispiece of the leader of the Ukrainian Greek Orthodox Church of Canada accompanied with a congratulatory messages and prayers from many other and notable members of the Ukrainian community including from Winnipeg mayor Stephen Juba who did not hold public office at this time. Many additional black-and-white photographs portraits illustrations facsimiles. Period advertisements by many sponsoring local businesses and merchants including the T. Eaton Co. City Hydro many smaller Ukrainian businesses. Neat ink notation and short closed tear along the lower margin of the cover circular accession stamp to the upper-left margin of the title page.
