The Big Bull Herd was established in 1911 and this appears to be one of the original founding documents by the originator comprising the rules regulations and ritual. This copy was created for the #2 in the order 'Little Bull' and consiststs of 135 typed pages mainly carbon jam-packed with elaborate ritual rules etc. The text is longer and differes substantially from the 'Old Pap Bulll' volume we have seen shorter at 98 pages. It opens: 'This order was founded orgainzed and promulgated by Fenelon F. Chevis of Los Angeles California and had its first introduction to the Fraternal World on WEdnesday night April 19th 1911 where it was received with applause and unanimous acclimation by all who were initiated into the mysteries of its ritualistic ceremonial.
