Minor to moderate soiling with minor foxing to the front cover. Very dark ink stain at the top center of the front cover affecting the upper page edges of the first few pages. Heavy chipping tattering and creasing along the front cover extremities. Some curling minor chipping and tearing to the page edges of the first and last few pages. Minor scattered soiling and foxing to the interior with general moderate browning to the pages. Worm hole in the fore edge margin of the last half of the book. The first pages up to page 15 are DETACHED from the text block but intact to themselves with page 15 separate from all and laid in. With sixteen of seventeen pochoir erotic illustrations by Brunelleschi. I cannot locate where the missing illustration or inset was placed. The corners are bumped and there is some wear along the upper and lower board edges. Light wear to the spine ends. There is a stain to the lower page edges near the spine but this has not in any way intruded into the margins. There are a few spots of soiling to the text but it is quite minor.
