La primera edición se imprimió en papel artesanal fabricado especialmente por la antigua fábrica papelera Amatruda de Amalfi y la segunda edición en papel verjurado color marfil procedente de las fábricas papeleras de Burgo. Las secciones no textuales de ambas ediciones se reprodujeron en papel Solex Calco. La encuadernación es de Salvatore Tonti quien encuadernó la obra en piel para los ejemplares con números romanos y en símil-piel para los de números arábigos.
