Berkeley Smith often explored Parisians and French culture in the early 20th century particularly Bohemian Paris with his other works including 'How Paris Amuses Itself' and 'The Real Latin Quarter'. In the original cloth binding with tipped-in illustration to the front board. Externally very smart with mild rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Slight fading to the spine cloth. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with a small tide mark affecting the top corner of the first few leaves.
