A little foxing to the endpapers and slightly to the first couple of leaves otherwise a very good fresh and clean copy throughout. Attractive previous owner engraved bookplate to the front pastedown endpaper. In the original publishers dark red cloth binding. Front board with circular gilt elephant device. Spine lettered in gilt. Top edge gilt. Very good sharp corners and the gilt still bright on the spine and front board.
