This catalog was prepared to accompany the exhibition at the Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft in Nurnberg, Germany in 1975. The exhibition featured German artists, painters who are associated with Art Informel or Tachism. Many less well known artists like Peter Bruniing, Rolf Cavael, Karl Fred Dahmen, Alexandre Cirici-Pellicer, Karl Otto Gotz, Harald Seiler, Heinz Kreutz, Hans Platschek, Bernard Schultze, Emil Schumacher, Sam Hunter, K.R.H. Sonderborg, Fred Theiler, Hann Trier, and Wilhelm Wessel.
