However even though there is no certain internal evidence this is probably a 19th century facsimile reprint. In his book THE LIFE AND TIMES OF LAURENCE STERNE p. 604 Wilbur Cross identifies a De Vinne Press facsimile reprint limited to 100 copies that was published in 1885. On the front free endpaper of this copy is the signature "D. L. De Vinne 1885" probably of the De Vinne Press. Hardcover. 4.25" wide by 7" tall. Bound in the original pale yellow cloth.
