Illustrated by Henry Matthew Brock a British illustrator and landscape painter. This set contains: Volume IX - Black But Comley. Illustrated with a colour frontispiece and nine black-and-white plates. Volume XIV - Digby Grand: An Autobiography. Illustrated with a colour frontispiece and eight black-and-white plates. Collated complete. Previously held in the library of Douglas Kerr a British writer and academic who is best known for his work on Arthur Conan Doyle and George Orwell.
