Nice photo ad inside front cover features Joe Altobelli of the Royals being fitted for a suit at Tony the Tailor Ltd. in Montreal. Altobelli went on to play in the majors and managed Baltimore to a World Series championship in 1983. Many other nice vintage ads. Article about league president Frank Shaughnessy and league secretary Harry Simmons and their concern that the Continental league will decimate the old International.
