This pocket-sized pamphlet lists the funds history including land acquisition, income, types of Jewish settlements established, & population living on JNF land, all by year. The booklet also lists individual forests planted by the Fund, and includes a 15-page table listing the name of each settlement established by the JNF, along with its subdistrict, date of founding, type, population & acreage. Charles Lucas spearheaded an attempt to combat practices in the way Dublin Corporation conducted its business which, he maintained, were incompatible with the liberties provided for under the 'ancient constitution' that were the birthright of every protestant subject. Stannard's pamphlet is in support of the prosection of Charles Lucas in the Irish House of Commons.

The details given include, 'A Statement of Accounts', 'An Inventory of the Estate and Effects belonging to this Institution, and Debts owing by it', 'Legacies and Donations', 'Officers and Servants' and the number of children, both boys (176) and girls (124).

He contributed a daily letter to the "London Advertiser and Literary Gazette" called the "The Inspector", the letters first appeared in March 1751 and continued for over two years. They were later described by D'Israeli as being 'a light scandalous chronicle all the week with a seventh-day sermon'.
