Rear board with a localized patch of discoloration consistent with printer's ink set-off during production of the book. Bookstore stamp to the front free endpaper "The Book Shop / 136 Park Place / Johnstown - PA" with light offsetting to the pastedown. Clean pages otherwise with no writing underlining or prior owner markings. The dust jacket shows rubbing to the surface; significant fading to the spine as usual; toning to a strip of the fore-edge and bottom edge of the front panel; closed tears to the edges sealed on the blindside with tape; and light creasing and a little loss to the tips and extremities.
