A meditation on "my little world" written when she and fellow poet Lewis Warsh were living on St. Mark's Place in the East Village. The poem is dated December 3 1967 but was published by their Angel Hair imprint in 1968. Folio 14 inches / 35.7 cm 4 unnumbered leaves in stapled printed wrappers featuring a beautiful cover illustration by George Schneeman who often collaborated with New York School poets. Pages lightly toned some soiling to the covers half-inch tear and some rippling to the rear cover page. A Very Good copy. OCLC WorldCat lists 21 institutional holdings of this edition. Corinth reprinted Giant Night in 1970; that edition is readily obtainable. This true first edition though is very scarce to the market especially in acceptable collectible condition.
