Bibliographical note: The correct First Edition has a reference in relation to A Century of Creepy Stories of nearly 100000 copies sold. Any figure shown which is higher than 100000 is from an early reprint D/W. Further note: This copy accords with McIlvaine B4a. Furthermore the English Catalogue of Books has the publication as being September 1934 Hutchinson hardcover
