Marca tipografica all' inizio e in fine, capilettera figurati grandi e piccoli. Prima edizione italiana molto rara di questa opera pubblicata in Francia nel 1578 e 1579. L' autore (a529-1583) ebbe grande fama anche perchè pubblicava in volgare per il popolo che per la prima volta poteva leggere certe superstizioni e credenze popolari su difficili e scabrosi argomenti sessuali. Notevole è la famosa questione su che lingua parlerebbe un bambino che non ha mai potuto parlare.
