All'interno: matrimonio, consenso del matrimonio anche obbligato, imepdimenti, dispensa, spose ecc... Testo a doppia colonna. Belle lettere decorate e finalini all'interno.In buone condizioni. Purtroppo la carta iniziale +1 risulta mancante. Copertina in piena pelle coeva a sei nervi in discrete condizioni generali con usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. La carta +3 in parte staccata dalla legatura. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. Alcune piccole macchie di inchiostro ai tagli. Piccole parti mancanti al margine destro. La carta +1 mancante. Pagine dalla 267 alla 274 legate in maniera errata ma nessuna mancante. Scarce work of 1645 by Basilio Ponce de Leon (1569-1629) spanish theologist, canonist poet and ascetical writer. The work is a treaty about Sacrament of marriage. At the end appendix about catholic and heretical marriage. Inside: marriage, agrrement on marriage also obliged, impediments, brides etc... Text in double column. Beautiful decorated letetrs and vignettes inside. In good conditions. Unfortunately page +1 is missing. Full leather coeval cover with six nerfs in the spine in fair general conditions with wearings and missing parts in the edges and spine. (see the photo). Binding in good conditions. Page +3 partially detached from binding. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings. Some little ink's stains in the edges. Little missing parts in the right edge. Page +1 is missing. Pages from 267 until 274 bound in a bad manner but no one is missing.

Da ricerche svolte dalla Soprintendenza dell'Emilia Romagna negli archivi di questa istituzione è risultato che la maggioranza dei libretti che i montisti contribuivano ad aumentare risultavano intestati a ragazze degli strati popolari urbani; figlie di modesti artigiani di bottegai e di umili lavoranti.
