Internally clean and sound but lacking paper on the spine and spine covered in clear tape .Accordion-folded souvenir view book with 22 lithographed views on 18 panels as well as a separate five-panel insert at the rear advertising more than 100 souvenir albums sold by Wittemann Brothers that were made using Louis Glaser's process. According to Ron Tyler unpublished work on 19th century lithographs. Glaser used a "multi-stone lithographic process to achieve a monochromatic effect that seems to have been rare if not unknown among American lithographers. Using five or more stones they laid down a series of separate shades ranging from white to light sepia-grey to the darkest sepia-grey or black. The finished lithograph has a varnished look that creates greater illusion of depth than a simple lithograph or toned lithograph."
