17191933Newark NJ 1917-1919. 13 pages. 4 pages from Delpark Inc. a NY-based clothing company seeking a patent to manufacture a new shirt collar. Contacting a solicitor to investigate the patents of its creator. Delpark seeks in these documents to purchase the collar's patent from the inventor Edward J. Quigley and his partner William H. Stevens. 7 pages delineate the agreement between the two parties permitting Delpark to make and sell the collar. 2 pages are a letter from Stevens previous to the agreement warning Delpark of infringing on the royalties of Quigley's invention. An article in The Haberdasher January 1921 page 67 Turning a Byway Into a Buy Way - reports of the shop Edward J. Quigley & Co. is located at Astor Court a private thoroughfare beside the Waldorf-Astoria Mr. Quigley and his vice-president of the firm William H.
