Hardcover. 392pp. Quarto 30 cm 3/4 black leather with black cloth covered boards and a gilt stamped title and gilt ruled lines on the spine. Good only. The extremities are rubbed and there are several light moisture stains on the front cover. There are several cracks along the joints. The longest crack is along the front joint and measures 5" long. The hinges have been reinforced. "Hyrum Sabbath School" is written in contemporary pen on the front pastedown. The text block is cracked multiple times at the beginning. Pp. 15-30 are nearly completely detached. Subjects covered include The Evil Effects of Practical Joking A Chinese School Independence and the Headrickites Guiseppe Garibaldi and more. George Q.
