Réquisition métal de cloches & Plomb pour canons, 1794 Extrait manuscrit authentique d’un registre de voiture nationale, daté du 9 prairial an II de la République, une et indivisible (28 mai 1794), rédigé sous l’en-tête manuscrite révolutionnaire « Égalité. Liberté. », sur un feuillet de papier vergé. Le document enregistre la réception et le transport de matières stratégiques destinées à l’effort de guerre révolutionnaire. Il mentionne, d’une part, une caisse de plomb provenant du Dépôt de plombs de la République à Avignon, transmise par les administrateurs du district de La Tour-du-Pin, pour un poids de 495 livres, et, d’autre part, une caisse de métal de cloches expédiée par les administrateurs de la fonderie de canons de Valence, pour un poids de 658 livres. L’acte est explicitement donné comme « Extrait du registre de voiture nationale de Vienne » et porte la signature manuscrite Moumin, identifié au verso comme citoyen Moumin, directeur des cloches à Vienne. Le verso comporte un important complément administratif précisant les poids bruts et nets des matières transportées, avec référence à la main courante du 28 floréal, et détaille notamment : - plomb : 495 livres brut / 440 livres net, - cloches : 658 livres brut / 572 livres net, le tout destiné au dépôt de Valence. Ce document s’inscrit directement dans le contexte des réquisitions de métaux (cloches et plomb) opérées durant l’An II pour l’armement et la fonte de canons.
