Molto buono Very Good. . <em>Questi due scritti vennero stampati nel volume di <strong>Asger Jorn</strong> Pour la forme nel 1958. Nella avvertenza del volume Jorn dichiara che "gli scritti raccolti in questo libro sono stati scritti e pubblicati isolatamente in diverse lingue fra il 1954 e il 1957". i testi dei fogli sciolti e degli articoli in volume hanno la stessa formattazione e gli stessi caratteri di stampa fatta eccezione di piccole differenze per quanto riguarda l'inserimento di titoletti e piccoli segni grafici al margine delle pagine. Pertanto entrambi i testi sono stati prodotti dalle stesse matrici di stampa conservate e riutilizzate. Questo fatto fa ritenere che la pubblicazione antecedente a Pour la forme sia avvenuta non in riviste ma in opuscoli isolati che Jorn era solito pubblicare. Un esempio in questo senso è"; rappresentato dall'articolo Contre le Fonctionnalisme prodotto da Jorn come opuscolo isolato ed inserito tal quale nel libro formato e carta diversi dalle altre pagine. Inoltre si può" ritenere che i tempi delle due pubblicazioni siano ravvicinati il che rende possibile la datazione dei fogli al 1957.</em> <em>A proposito della stampa di Pour la forme risulta curioso il testo di una lettera scritta da Guy Debord a Asger Jorn l'8 luglio 1958: "Il vecchio Dragor che avevo convocato per stampare il tuo libro prima della fine del mese cadde vittima di un delirium tremens durante il quale confuse tutte le parti della composizione di "Forme et signification" e "Fascino e meccanica""; e strappò con i denti il manoscritto non ancora composto gridando 'Jorn è" la mia rovina!' 1914304<p><b>Map Details and Condition</b>:<br /></p><p>color lithograph</p><p>dimensions: 26 3/4" x 19"</p><p>Brown Paper pocket covers with red bookstore label of Neal Stratford & Kerr San Francisco</p><p>condition: professionally flattened and otherwise in as found very good condition</p><b>Description</b>:<p> This 1914 map of now popular wine country Napa County California shows the county in 1914 with early roads largely undeveloped vast open land areas and natural features. The numbered grid system on this map reflects the Public Land Survey System. Large open tracts of land are identified as ranches such as Rancho Catacoula or Rancho Las Putas Rancho LaJota all of which are large swaths of undivided land. Urban grids are shown in the southernmost part of Napa County and sections of the southernmost sections of Sonoma County and Solano County. The cities of Petaluma Sonoma Vallejo and Napa and Benicia show populated urban areas. A corner of Marin County is shown.</p><p> C.F. Weber & Co. and the Punnett Brothers published several series of California county maps of which this <b>Nap California 1914</b> map is one. The map's key or Explanation shows utilities steam and electric trains roads wagon roads trails reclamation districts and irrigation projects. The map key in its way is also a history of land use in 19th and early 20th c. California with a range of transit from wagon to electric and steam train. By comparison the Map of Tulare County California 1907 more resembles the 19th c. with long haul train routes and little other transportation and few roads.</p> The 1914 map of Napa California captures the county in transition from undeveloped to rural and surrounded by rapidly urbanizing neighboring counties in the proximity of San Francisco. The map is accompanied by its original pocket covers. The pocket cover bears a little red label of the San Francisco bookstore run by Neal Stratford & Kerr a highly regarded letterpress printer in San Francisco. The Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco credits the firm with organizing in 1919. That would mean the label on this pocket cover was at the earliest placed on the map five years after the map was first published. This suggest that the 1914 edition of the map of <b>Napa California </b>was still relied upon in 1919. The firm Neal Stratford & Kerr made a radical change from full service printer to poster art printer in the 1960's for dance concerts. The August 1949 issue had a feature on the wedding by Louella Parsons on pp. 6-7 with 6 other photographs in a small format. Verso with the wetstamp "Copyright Coordination 5 Boulevard Poissonnière Paris "which appears on all the original photographs used in modern screen by the French distributor. . .Prince Ali Salman Aga Khan June 1911 – May 1960 was a son of Sultan Mahommed Shah Aga Khan III the leader of the NizÄrÄ« Ismaili Muslims a sect of Shia Islam and the father of Aga Khan IV. In May 1949 after a divorce from his first wife Joan Yarde-Buller Ali Khan married the American film star Rita Hayworth 1918 – 1987 in Cannes France to make her his next wife. When she got married to Ali Rita left a very good film career in Hollywood CA.They were married for a short time; it was for approximately four years. They got divorced in 1953. During his marriage to Rita Hayworth Ali Khan began to have personal relationships with popular lady celebrities. They included actress Gene Tierney and fashion model Simone Micheline Bodin Bettina Graziani.Rita Hayworth after the collapse of her marriage to Khan returned to Hollywood. She starred in several "comeback" pictures "Affair in Trinidad" 1952 "Salome" 1953 and "Miss Sadie Thompson" 1953. It was reported in the news that Hayworth seemed "rather frightened at the approach of returning to making motion pictures". She clashed with studio executives and was placed on suspension while filming. Nevertheless her pictures were highly publicized. They ended up being blockbusters and grossing millions of dollars. She continued to star in a string of successful pictures until she stopped in 1972 with "The Wrath of God".She lived a total of 68 years and died from Alzheimer's in Manhattan NY.
