FM 3-15 was intended to supplement DNA 5100.e Nuclear Weapon Accident Response Procedures NARP manual for peacetime NAIRA and expand on FM 100-50 for wartime NAIRA. FM 3-15 will also cover procedures for survey and monitoring decontamination casualty treatment fire suppression public affairs and security as it relates to the IRF and as outlined in AR 50-5.
