Copy #67 of 431. Produced from an original acrylic painting by Canadian artist Randy L. Whitcomb. Shows the Snowbirds flying down the Ottawa River behind the Canadian Parliament Buildings in the classic Swept Delta formation. This work was commissioned to commemorate the Snowbirds' 25th Anniversary. Signed by artist and all 25th Anniversary 1995-1996 Snowbird team members. Stock is 100lb cover acid free cotton rag (Quintessence) paper. There are two Limited Edition lithograph series from the original painting. "O.B. Philp's Dream" is the first series produced exclusively for the Snowbirds. Certificate of authenticity included plus bonus Snowbirds promotional poster.
